How we Manage your Project
TCC Project Managers have long backgrounds in the industry, they love their jobs, they are professionals and their goal is to work as a team and provide appropriate solutions from estimating to installation to project close-out. Using computerized estimating programs material quantities are highly accurate. Our Contract Administrator processes contracts, submittals, SDS and close-outs from a timely and professional approach. As a team, Project Managers work closely with TCC Project Coordinators in procurement of materials, arranging for Field Supervisor site visits, inspections & appropriate substrate testing. Advising clients of potential issues that could affect scheduling, selecting the appropriate installation crew. The TCC Team communicate openly and often with your project team to manage & maintain our mantra of “We Stand on Quality”.
Our Design Consultation
Product choices are almost endless and can become overwhelming…allow us to lower the stress. We take it in steps, first budget considerations, second design outcome goals, third and probably most important; what product is the best selection for the application. Product samples, technical data and warranty information are readily available to aid in the decision making process. Meeting design, budget & use of space needs is always our priority. It benefits all involved with the project to assure the flooring selected performs at or beyond expectations.
